  7. Design a Property Brochure with representative photos to highlight the amenities and special features of the property.
  8. Install a professional for sale sign at the property with a brochure box to capture drive by buyers and agents.
  9. Submit your home to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) for local, regional, and worldwide exposure, featuring multiple photos of your home and with special attention to the remarks section.
  10. Secure a computerized lockbox on the home to allow reasonable access to agents.
