 I have been a resident of the San Francisco Bay Area for all but two years of my life and Contra Costa County has been my home and workplace since 1976. I am well versed in its amenities and lifestyle and have a depth of market knowledge which enables me to assist my clients as they make real estate decisions.
I graduated with honors from the University of California, Berkeley, with a degree in Landscape Architecture. I am a licensed Landscape Architect and was an associate with a local firm for ten years prior to beginning my real estate career in 1988. My design talents and creativity are an asset in many facets of my real estate business and there is value added to my clientele, especially in the areas of marketing, property evaluation, and the merchandising of homes for market. |

| About Frank |
 I joined Linda and Empire Realty as a founding partner and broker associate in 2002 after more than 36 years as a highly successful executive with a large national firm. My business experience included various high-level management positions, mostly in the area of finance. I recognize the importance of a customer-focused, result oriented business approach based on the highest personal integrity and business ethics.
I am a fourth generation Californian and third generation San Franciscan, calling Contra Costa County my home since 1976. I received a BS degree form the University of San Francisco and an MBA from Golden Gate University.
My wife and I work as a team and our complementary skills and talents combine to provide concierge-level services to our clientele. My business, technical and administrative skills coupled with Linda's design and extensive real estate experience create a powerful team. We take pride in providing uncompromised client service before, during, and after the transaction has closed, resulting in unsurpassed client satisfaction and long term relationships. | Our Community Contributions |
We are deeply committed to the betterment of our community and local schools, and support them through our donations and annual grassroots events. Among our efforts are:
- SaveCASchools.org: as members a portion of each of our commission checks is allocated to our local schools.
- Annual Santa Party & Holiday fund raiser: a yearly Empire Realty event which has annually raised over $10,000, distributed to local charitable organizations. Also, toys are collected for "Toys for Tots" at this event.
- Habitat for Humanity: we make monthly contributions to support this charity committed to providing housing for those in need.
- Commission Charity Fund Allocation: a portion of each of our commission checks is targeted to the Empire Charity Fund. At the end of each year, local charities are selected to receive these funds.
